Returns & Exchanges
We want to ensure all customers are happy. If you wish to return vinyl or receive a refund, please email [email protected] and we’ll take care of you.
Our Subscription Box products “Renaissance”, “Quite Delicious” and “Finest” are unique products that have their own returns and refund policy.
If you receive a vinyl record that you already have in your collection, we will happily accept exchanges for alternative vinyl – as long as the returning vinyl record is still in the same state it was sent to you in. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for our “Renaissance” customers.
If you receive a vinyl record that is damaged, please let us know by emailing us (with an attached video and/or photo, if possible). We reserve the right to have discretion on whether or not we’ll issue a replacement for minor issues such as cosmetic creases, etc. Please be aware, we might not be able to replace vinyl records which are second hand or have limited quantity available. We will instead offer an alternative or provide a refund or credit.
We will always endeavour to respond within a 48 hour period.
We’re sorry, but gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Please be assured you are protected as buyers, both by Stripe and PayPal. Your money is secure when purchasing our products through Stripe and PayPal, and we handle disputes in accordance with their policies.
