The union of Burgos and Page has been a long time in the making. Their first official collaboration came in 2021 with a remix of Burgos’ track “The Grey,” featuring Page’s frequent collaborator Kendra Morris. That initial spark of creative chemistry quickly evolved into a productive partnership, leading to the formation of All I Ever Wonder.

Burgos reflects on the process: “Jeremy and I have been ships passing in the night for years now. From the get-go, the musical chemistry was strong, so we took a shot at writing some original tunes. Since then, we’ve locked in on a creative groove and churned out a bunch of material. As we learned how to complement each other’s musical strengths, the project took on more form and purpose, exploring heavier subject matter and expanding its range of genres.”

All I Ever Wonder is characterised by its vibrant blend of retro soul and contemporary sensibilities. With its rich orchestral arrangements and deeply introspective lyrics, the album navigates themes of love, loss, survival, and enlightenment. The combination of Burgos’ evocative vocals and Page’s masterful production creates a sound that is both nostalgic and innovative, bridging the gap between classic soul and modern artistry.

Despite the album’s initial stumble with a cliché MC intro, its overall impact is one of profound connection and authenticity.
